Are you sure you haven't recently installed something (and perhaps
uninstalled it also), that may have added something to the menu and is
behaving improperly?
What about recent Windows updates, have you done any of those recently?
Check the "General" message board for this too.
Apparently this is a problem that may be caused by a
recent update from Norton Antivirus and Symantec is
working on a solution.
In fact I did renew my Norton this morning and thats when
the problems began. I hope that is the cause because its
quite annoying. Thanks
