Rich Text Editor OFF

When I go to type an e-mail and try to change the font size, color an print,
it will not change. I can type in the e-mail address and the subject but
when I get to were I need to type my message, it will not do anything.

Go to Start | Run and type

regsvr32 mshtml.dll
