The error message is: 372::ln 5:Failed to load
control 'RichTextBox' from RICHTX32.OCX. Your version of
RICHTX32.OCX may be outdated. Make sure you are using the
version of the control that was provided with your
application.::GIANTAntiSpywareMain:ctlAgentsSummary:LoadDet
ails::3/23/2005 11:39:26 AM:XP:1.0.509

And the results are: no text in the pretty blue box. No
text, no icons, and apparently nothing I can do about it.

Any ideas what to do about it? Microsoft says everything
is up-to-date and I'm using the auto-updater.

Is there any Symantec products installed, specifically, Norton System
Works ? If not, go to MSAS in the Control Panel, click the Change
button, and then choose Update.
Does that resolve the issue ?

Where in Control Panel? I'd be happy to Update it, but
can't find it.

BTW - I copied RICHTX32.OCX from another XP Pro SP2 PC in
our office and it made no difference. File size and tme &
date stamps are identical.
