When opening an Excel 2007 spreadsheet, the ribbon disappears and so does the
(using Windows XP) task bar at the bottom of the page. But when I drag the
mouse over the ribbon, it's as if I'm painting it back on the screen. Same
for the task bar at the bottom. All comes back after dragging the mouse over
all areas. Is it a refresh issue? or what?
