ribbon detail has gone. Only headings are on toolbar

why am I suddenly only getting a single line ribbon in Word with just the
headings (home,view etc) and not the full ribbon with all the commands. I had
the full ribbon when I first installed Office 2007 but now its gone
 
You have minimized the ribbon. Double click one of the tabs.
