Why there is no news on security bulletine page of
microsoft.com about revised patches reales on 29th oct.

Please explain is revicesed patches are important.

serious issue.

Sandi,

The re-release of the patches was actually an update to the installation
engine. See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=830846 for details.

The patches themselves have not changed; only the installation engine has
changed. If you applied the original patches, there is no need to worry
about getting the re-released versions.

The re-release applies to MS03-042, -043, and -045.
