We just converted to Outlook 2002. I have many contacts with multiple e-mail addresses which I put in the three fields provided on the contact form. When sending a new e-mail to one of these contacts I sometimes need to send it to an e-mail address in the second or third e-mail address field. How do I do this? Every time I think I've chosen the correct address, Outlook automatically uses the primary address instead

The method I am using is to bring up a new e-mail template (untitled message) and press the "To" button then choose to pick from my "contacts" list. I find the name of the contact I want and press the "to" button within that window and it automatically chooses the primary e-mail address. How do I choose one of the others

What do I do

Try starting with the contact and choosing Actions | New Message to Contact. That should bring up a new message with all addresses in it.

If you want to use the address book, after you click To, you should see the name of your contact listed more than once -- one time for each address. Select all those addresses.
