reviews for third party tools and controls?

Is there a good resource where I can go to read reviews about third
party controls and tools?

Right now I am beyond frustrated with this one particular vendor (who
shall remain nameless) for now, specifically their support staff.
They have mastered the art of just reading the first three words and
throwing back canned answers. That each support request via email has
a turn around time of 1-3 business days, I can ill afford a
misunderstanding.

So I am looking for comprehensive reviews involving not just how well
their products work, but also support, etc.
 
I have been using telerik r.a.d.controls. They cover basically everything
that can be covered in GUI and they support is excellent.
 
Yep, the support telerik guys provide for their products in
unbelievable. I typically have my questions answered professionally
(often with code samples and even sample projects) within 12-24 hours
(they have a web based ticketing system). They also have very active
public forums with tons of information and active community here:

Highly recommended. Products are of course good as well (haven't tried
all their stuff, just the ASP.NET package).
