Is there anyway to turn off that stupid reviewing toolbar
from EVER showing up? Right now, it continually turns
itself on whenever I open something from someone else.
In fact, it has now started turning itself on when I
launch my embedded Word tables. Doesn't matter how many
times I turn it off, just like a bad penny, it keeps
showing up.

Windows XP & PP 2002

Thanks very much!!

Nuts. I can't think of anything to stop this. What about the "end
review" button?

ooooooh, waidaminnut. What about this?

1. open Outlook 2002
2. go to the Tools menu
3. select Options
4. on the Preferences tab click on E-mail Options
5. click Advanced E-mail Options
6. At the bottom is a setting called "Add properties to
attachments to enable Reply with Changes".

If people are sending stuff to you and they have this option turned on,
you'll get the review toolbar...

The original thread -- part of it, anyway -- can be found at

Nope, keeps coming back. again and again and again . . .

The good news is I'm pretty sure there is a way to turn the Reviewing
toolbar off because, for instance, I rarely see the thing. The bad news
is I can't remember how, and I can't find anything on it in the help
files. (Grrrr.)

Wonder what would happen if you just accept all the changes? Does it go
away then?
