Reviewing tool bar

Can I stop the "Reviewing tool bar" from appearing when I open a "Word doc or
Excel sheet? This has only started to appear since receiving a new computer
with Office XP, and it appears from emailed and older doc from my hard drive.
 
View | Toolbars. Deselect the ones you don't want.
