We us Outlook 2K3 and Exchange 2K3. We have set up several shared calendars
allowing 'Reviewer' priveleges to 95% of the users sharing them. Our problem
is that 100% of the users can still add to, edit and delete from any calendar
that's been shared with them. Ideas?

Check the Default and Anonymous permission setting. Also verify that they
are not inheriting it in some other way via group membership or so.
If this is not only restricted to Calendars then you might want to check the
permissions you've set on the database as well.

The Default and Anonymous settings are and have always been set to "None".
As far as inheriting rights from other group membership, are you talking
about an AD security group, an Exchange recipient group, or both? Just
hoping to narrow down the search. Lastly, can you refer me to a site that
would assist in getting the permissions right on the mailbox store (database)
as well?
