Reviewed and edited Word document sent to another

What is the process of editing a Word document and sending the Final
version to another so he/she is not able to see the editing history? All I
know to do at this point is to copy and paste the final document into a new
document, rename it, and send that one. There has to be an easier way?

If you Accept All Changes in Document and Delete All Comments in Document,
the recipient will not see anything but the final version.
