Reverting to Previous DirectX

Hi! I am having some issues with DX9.0c and I want't to
revert back to DX9.0b. I don't have the restore point
anymore, can I install 9.0b over the current installation?
Or am I screwed!?

Nope... I doubt that you can revert back to a previous version of DX.
