It's not directly supported by MM2, and a little chore to achieve. Check
the info on the Editing > Video > Reverse Effect page of my site.

Hello there,
There are no practical ways of doing this. Others have suggested taking
each frame and putting them together in the reverse order...not
practical...15seconds of NTSC would result in capturing 450 still images (A
problem as Movie Maker works to a resolution of 8 frames) and then put them
back together again.
Programs like MovieXone can do this (you can sometimes pick it up off a
magazine cover disk like PC Utilities) The big brother of MovieXone called
MovieDV can not only reverse the image but apply the Reverse effect at a
continually changing rate (See www.aist.de) Thats one of the more trivial
functions I should add.
