Reversing arrange icons by date

On Windows 98 when in a folder I used to arrange icons by date with
the newest icon at the beginning now with Windows 2000 the newest icon
is at the end. How do I get it at the beginning? Many thanks.

Thanks, I have lived with this issue for 6 months. Problem solved in seconds
