reverse sync to an Exchange Server Calendar

I am using Outlook 2000 with a corp Exchange Server. I currently am using a
personal .pst folder as my main mailbox (downloads email/calendar, etc from
Exchange Server to my .pst). As such, I need a way to sync my personal
calendar back to the Exchange Server calendar. Is there a way to have this
periodically occur?

This type of synchronization is not built into Outlook. See
