By drag and drop, I added a copy of the IE history folder into the
startmenu. It shows its content in the cascading style like all folders
of the startmenu. Now, in order to match my priorities, "Today" should
appear in the first line, "3 weeks" in the lowest line. This can be
done easily in its original place in the windows explorer, but how can
it be accomplished here? Maybe with an add-on? TIA,
Sven

Try this.

Right click | Sort by Name

Thanks.
In Windows Explorer main window, the History folder has the option
"Sort by Date" (instead of "Sort by name"). This is effective.
In Start menu, the copy of the History folder only got "Sort by name".
This does not affect the order of its subfolders.
