Reverse file order in folder?

Can the file order in a folder be changed so that they appear in reverse
order?
Reason I ask is that I have now tried two DVD creation programs, Ulead movie
Factory and Adobe Premiere Elements.
In both of them if I select all the clips in a folder to add to project they
appear in both programs in reverse order to what the rightly are ie: 01, 02
etc.
The order can be manually changed in each but when there's 60 files it can
be time consuming and anyway I don't know why it should be this way in
either.

That's it, it was really bugging me, I couldn't find it even in the manual!
