Reverse DSN problem

On dialup, all sites that I try to surf come up with no
problems, BUT... when I hookup Adelphia high-speed internet
cable from their modem to my computer's ethernet port, I
only get limited site surfing, with no outgoing e-mail
capabilities from MS-Outlook Express, and NO Microsoft
sites will hookup. Yahoo will not pop up with Yahoo.com
entered into the URL address line, BUT... if I enter
Yahoo's ISP numbers, the browser goes right to it. I was
informed by Adelphia that this is a 'reverse DSN' problem
with my computer. Can anyone help?... thanks in advance.
