reverse directory order?

Dunno what happened, but now anytime I look for a file,
the directory order is reversed with Z at the beginning,
and A's at the end. I have Win XP home edition with
Norton Antivirus 2004. I'm not even sure if I am phrasing
this issue correctly because I couldn't find any
references in the Knowledge Base. Any help would be
greatly appreciated!

Open one and only one Windows Explorer Window. Click the column header for filenames/folders to put the order back to normal. Then go to Tools, Folder Options, View and click Apply to All Folders.
