reverse charts

I am creating histograms.
Sometimes the charts are oriented to the left (i.e., Y axis is on the left)
and sometimes the charts are oriented to the right (i.e., Y axis on the
right).

I always want my charts to be oriented to the right. I don't see any way to
"flip" charts or get them to start correctly and oriented to the right.

Double-click the X axis and change the property of 'Y axis crosses at'.
