Reversal of keyboard keys

The @ key and the " key are reversed on my keyboard. How can this be fixed?
 
Hi

Go to Control Panel>Regional and Language Options - make sure you have your
system setup for your particular country - which unfortunately isn't known
because you have used the CDO interface.
