Reuters: FTC Says Spyware Assassin Vendor Shut Down

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A software vendor that tried to drum up sales by
offering to clean up nonexistent computer "spyware" has been temporarily
shut down, U.S. regulators said on Friday.
