Reusing Existing IE Window

In "File Types", I changed the setting for .JGP files to
open with IE6 when I double-click a file of that type.
This causes a new browser window to open with each file.
Is there a command line option I can use to make the same
IE window be reused each time I open a file this way?

What happens if you do:

Tools | Internet Options
Advanced Tab
Check "Reuse Windows for Launching Shortcuts"

Does that fix the problem for you?
