reusable appointment "note" that I entered it on bosses calendar

Several people have access to arranging appointments on the bosses calendar.
Is there a way to "sign" the appointments that I arrange so that he knows I
entered it for furture referencing? Something like: "This Appointment
entered by Susie"

Put "This Appointment entered by Susie" in the big white Notes pane.
