Returning to a Restore Point

Hi,
The other day I created the first Restore Point on my XP
Home. Yesterday I cleaned up and defragmented (took 72
minutes!)my hard disk.
If I return to this Restore Point, does that mean that I
will undo the defragmentation and leave the hard disk
fragmented again which of course is undesirable?

No you will not need to defragment again.
