I just started using MS Query to import data to an Excel
spreadsheet from MS Access. I now want to be able to just
return row counts for a given query, rather than all the
rows themsleves. I tried using a SQL COUNT statement but
MS Query gives me an error that says basically the COUNT
statement is not supported. Is that true? If so, does
anyone know how to return a Row Count from an external DB
into Excel?
