Return of Vista

I recently installed Vista Home Premium (academic Version) on my PC.
Completly crashed it. Ran good for a day, then it crashed. The place where
i bought it does not do returns on opened software. What can I do with it?
Guess i may have to eat the $100.00 I spent on it. Any suggestions?
 
it just "completely crashed it" huh? can you elaborate? did you run the
advisor and check to make sure ALL your hardware is compatible?

If the place you bought it was a College Bookstore, then that's
completely bogus.

If it was from anywhere else, I'm not surprised.
