Return address not saved?

Using "Envelopes & labels" in Word XP I always tick to save return address
as default but it doesn't and I have to retype it every time I want to do
another envelope.
Minor but annoying and would appreciate a solution.

Is something preventing normal.dot from being saved? Acrobat 7? See the last
