How do I get the form that I created to send the results
to me directly by e-mail? Do I have to have them saved to
a file within my web? Can I not simply have the results
sent directly to an e-mail address?????

Yes, if you are publishing to a server that have the FP extensions, then you
can do this.

What and where do I go to make it happen? I have put the
e-mail address in the form properties send to and when I
go on line and submit I get a confirmation page but no e-
mail is sent to the address specified. What am I doing
wrong or still need to do here?????

Thanks

Did you publish the page to the server where your e-mail transport is
configured before you tested it?
