Retro looking XP

I know about the option to get back to the 'Classic' look in XP, but I've
been searching endlessly on Google for a way of making all folders, files
and, in general, all icons into a Windows 98 feel.

Why? I just want to. Simple as that. I feel that a computer running XP, but
with the look of an older system, would be really cool.

Any help would be appreciated in finding someway of doing this, whether it
be a .theme file (I have UXtheme, so all themes are cool) or a program that
changes parts of the system to do this.
