Is there a way to retrieve non cd RIS images.

I have a Win 2k Advanced Server (Domain Controller) and I suspect
someone has made some changes and is not owning up to it. I have had to
uninstall and re-install the Remote Installation Service but after I
have run Risetup and try to add the RIS images that I have previously
used, it mentions they are not CD based and cannot add them.
I have about 8 RIS images that I use and they have all been created from
the network and not using CD. Obviously this would take a long time to
recreate.

TIA

Colin

RIS images (non-RIPREP images) are essentially directory structures that you
should be able to copy as needed from RIS Server to RIS Server. If you are
starting over with your RIS Server, you may need to go through the whole
process of building your first image from CD (or network share or directory)
to get things rolling.

Once you've resuscitated your RIS Server, you should be able to copy your
original directories (images) back into place for use.
