Does anyone have any idea as to how to retrieve deleted
emails in Outlook? I inadvertently deleted emails in my
inbox and then deleted them from the deleted emails
folder. Yeh, I know, very stupid, but any help in
whether it is possible to retrieve them would be greatly
appreciated. Unfortunately, as computer is new, I have
not done a back up and my ISP does not keep emails on
their server.
Thanks.

Items that get deleted (from the Deleted Items folder or permanently
deleted using Shift+Del) are not physically removed from the .pst file.
The just get their status changed to Deleted so Outlook will no longer
provide access to them. The delete-marked items will get physically
purged from the .pst file if you manually compact the .pst file or
Outlook automatically compacts it.

You might see if a utility is listed at http://www.slipstick.com. One
recover utility mentions is "Search and Recover" (costs $40). There
might be others that are free. DBxtract can be used to extract messages
from .dbx files for Outlook Express but it probably doesn't work on .pst
file.
