My OS on my old computer's OS (Windows 2000) was fried during a power outage
and could not be revived. I have had the hard drive removed and put into a
case so I can use it as an external drive.

I have purchased a new computer with Windows XP and Office 2003. I know I
can copy my .pst folders and open them in Outlook to try to recover my old
e-mail. What I can't figure out how to pull off the old hard drive is my
Address Book and my contacts. I assume they won't make it over to the new PC
just by opening my e-mail .pst in Outlook.

I searched my old hard drive for .pab and .wab files and there aren't any.
Does this mean that my Address Book and contacts vanished when my OS was
fried? PLEASE, OH PLEASE tell me that isn't the case... I really need those
contacts.

Many, many thanks to anyone who can help me find and retrieve them.
