Retrieving Contacts by ActiveSync: i-mate JAQ running WM5 got reset and lost all cont

I use an i-mate JAQ running WM%.

I accidentally reset my mobile and lost all my contacts (abt 500+ contacts)..

I usually Synchronize it with my PC.. How can I retrieve my Contacts???

Please help...
