Retrieving a deleted template - PLEASE HELP!

I saved my word document as "Document Template" and then accidentally deleted
it. When I went into Recycle Bin to retrieve it, it wasn't there.

Does anyone know if there is a way I can get this back?????

If it's not in the recycle bin then there's no way to get it back.
