Single occurrences of recurring meetings are not separate items and will not
be found in the Deleted Items folder like normal items. Instead, Outlook
records the removal of the individual occurrence, probably in the base record
of the series (just guessing on that location, but it seems likely to me). If
you want to get the deleted occurrence back, make some change to the series
that will cause Outlook to regenerate, like changing the end date or
expressing the recurrence in a similar fashion (like changing from a weekly
meeting on the same day each week to a daily meeting every seven days). You
can also change the end date, save the meeting, thren change it back to
restore it to its original value. I'm sure there are also other changes that
will cause the regeneration of the recurrence pattern, and hence all the
excepted occurrences, but I haven't mapped them all out.
