retrieve email after network crash

Our server went down and had to be reconfigured, but since then I have been
unable to access my personal folders and address book. I am using Outlook
2002 which is saved on the local workstation not the server - however since
the crash I can't access the my personal folders and address. I tried to
import the date file but couldn't see it, how can I view my data files which
existed before the crash.

Only the server went down not the workstation.

Click Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next. At the bottom is a drop-down labeled
"Delivery new e-mail to the following location". It is there that Outlook
is trying to find your folders. Is this an Exchange account or a POP
account?
