Retrieve contacts from second hard drive

Hi,

I have an odd problem: Win XP crashed on my hard drive so I installed Win XP
on another hard drive and have then managed to fix and retrieve information
from the damaged hard drive. However, if I start Outlook.exe from the
recovered hard drive I can't see my old contacts there. Is there a way to
retrieve my old contacts? Are they stored somewhere on the hard drive?
