RETRIEVAL OF RECENTLY DELETED DATA ON A FLOPPY DISK???

HELP!! I just spent 3 hours imputting data onto a floppy disk, and then I accidentally deleted it! Is there any possibility of retrieval of this data. Or do I have to hope I have a memory of most of this data so that I may replicate it? YIKES! My problem is that I had saved the data in "rich text" form as was trying to convert it from Wordpad to Correl's "Word Perfect 9" when I made a mistake

I would appreciate any advice. Thanks a zilloin!!

Hi

You may be able to retrieve those files with a 3rd party program - but I
haven't tried these on a floppy:

Restoration.exe from http://www3.telus.net/mikebike/RESTORATION.html
works on floppy disks.
 
Just a suggestion...always copy any data from a floppy to
your hard drive; make any edits on the hard drive and save
them using "save as." Then copy to a different floppy or
other media such as flash or CD-R.
