Retreiving lost bios password

I just bought a mobo from a car boot sale. on firing it up I discovered that
the bios was password protected. Does anyone know if there is a utility to help
me with this problem and if so where I can get hold of it.

Pull power cord and find and use the Clear CMOS jumper or remove the
battery for 10 mins with no power to the board.
