Retreiving Admin Password

I ve forgotten the admin password to log on to my Windows 2000
machine..however I can log on to the machine using a user account with
non-admin rights..is there any way by which I can get my admin password
without having to reinstall windows ???

Google: recover windows administrator password
Many tools for this. All have some risks. I've used this one with
success before on W2K.

EFS could get broken is some cases. I forget now the details
regarding SysKey protection. Do some studdy in advance. If
possible, image the entire system in advance as backup.
