Retract Email

Its likely that this question has already been asked of this news group so I
give my appologies now for repeating it.

How can I retract an email that has been sent?

This feature appears to exist in some versions of Outlook but not in mine;
Im using Outlook 2000. The -RETRACT- feature has happened to me recently
when an emeil was sent to me inadvertantly. The sender sent a retraction
message that actually replaced the message in my In Box.

Its probably a simple thing to do, maybe theres a plug-in or a patch or
upgrade that Ive missed?

Ive aready searched various forums that I found via Google but most of the
threads seem to populated by bright sparks with lots to say but who havent a
clue.
