I am upgrading Outlook 2003 over an XP installation using the CIW and want
to retain user
settings such as Send/Receive exit settings and the user's pst file info.
Is this possible? If so, what do I have to make sure that I do?

it should retain all of the profile information by default - however, we
recommend creating a new profile to avoid problems.

Hello Jesslyn,

Thank you for posting here.

Based on my knowledge, the profile of Outlook 2002 can be remained after
you install Outlook 2003.

For additional information, you may take a look at the following articles:

s/oe_outa02.mspx

Hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other concerns, or need
anything else.

Thanks & Regards
