Dr Zoidberg
Am I right in thinking that if you turn off auto archive on the calendar in
outlook then old appointements etc will be kept indefinately , or do you
need to change anything else to stop things dropping off?
The users are running Outlook XP or 2003 and have their mailboxes stored on
exchange 2000 servers.
Thanks
