retain formatting copying word to frontpage

I am copying from Word to FrontPage and want to keep the formatting. I am
using an older version of FrontPage but am in a real crunch to get these
files copied and retaining the formatting that was used in the Word
documents. Nothing fancy just color and font sizing.
 
Copy and paste the text into a new page in FrontPage or save your Word Doc
as HTML and import it into your web site. NOTE: Word adds a lot of extra
coding and style tags so doing this isn't really recommended.
