I provide IT support to a small training company and we have 3 laptops and data projectors that we use for training. All three laptops are running Windows XP, 2 are running Office 2003 and 1 Office XP.
For some unexplainable reason all three machines have begun having the same problem.
The problem is that during a presentation PowerPoint has now started to go out of presenter view back to the design view. A dialog box appears with "Resume Slideshow", when this is clicked indeed it resumes the slideshow. However, 2 or 3 minutes later and your back into design view.
I have searched for a reported problem but have yet to find any one else with it. I have not been able to identify a cause but as it is happening on all machines, with different projects I am leaning towards a problem created from a recent Microsoft update.
Is anyone else having this issue, and has anyone identified a cause and a solution.
Please help as I have been stumped on this one.
