restrist internet during working hours

Hello,

My manager would like to restrict internet access to users
in the loans department during working hours is this
possible? Thanks

Yes, but you will need to do that at the firewall or router, many of which can
control access to the internet entirely or by specific ports/protocols on a
scheduled basis. This is configured by the IP addresses of the computers you
want to restrict whether it be a subnet, range, or individual. There is also a
personal firewall product called PortsLock that can do the same which will
require an installation on each computer. There is not a setting to do what you
want with Group Policy . -- Steve
