restrictions in effect on this computer outlook 2007 running vista

Travelling Taff

I try to open a hyperlink in outlook 2007 and I get a message "restrictions
in effect on this computer". I'm running vista ultimate.
 
This is a help community, that is specifically for helping others. If
everyone posting here had the necessary Google skillset/expertise for finding
all of their own answers... Then what purpose would this newsgroup serve??

Brilliant answer as expected from the not in know. The answer that Brian gave was 2
fold. The 1st was that the OP will know how to go about finding his answer to his
issue whatever it may be the next time. Sort of self help and not helplessness
..Second The OP got his answer.
