Restriction for just 1 user

Hello,

I have group of about 15 people that use this database for
data entry through a form. Out of the 15 people one
person has only the ability to add records and not edit
them. I used a switchboard and they can add records or
edit them by selecting what they want to. The problem is
the this one person, no matter which way she opens the
form...is only in add mode. Even when she go in through
the access menu to get into the form it still read record
1 of 1. Every other user has the correct views and there
is no securty except a password.

Any ideas?

Check the 'Data Entry' property of the form in design view - it sounds like
it's set to Yes.
